In June 2018 a Hounslow Community Transport minibus took a group of young carers to a function at No 10 Downing Street. The visit was organised by the Youth Service of the London Borough of Hounslow.

Hounslow Community Transport has revised its Data Protection Policy and reviewed its processes to ensure that we are fully compliant with GDPR. Record number of New Members
Over 25 organisations will have become new Members of Hounslow Community Transport during the twelve months ending March 2014. The reason given by many for applying to become a Member is the very attractive appearance of our fleet of minibuses, with three new wheelchair accessible minibuses having been acquired over the past two years.
Discretionary Local Crisis Payments
In April 2013, the London Borough of Hounslow introduced Discretionary Local Crisis Payments (DLCPs) replacing Social Fund Community Care Grants that were Central Government funded and managed. The Hounslow Furniture Recycling Project has been appointed a supplier for people who have received DLCP awards.
MiDAS Training : Bespoke Courses
In addition to the monthly MiDAS training courses that HCT run, HCT will undertake MiDAS training courses for schools/colleges and other organizations on dates more suitable for them. Over 10 such courses will have been run by HCT in the twelve months ending March 2014.
New Battery-Powered Scooters from the 2012 Olympics/Paralympics
Hounslow Shopmobility took delivery of two virtually unused and totally free battery-powered scooters that were used during the 2012 Olympics/Paralympics. They form part of the ‘Mayor’s 2012 Legacy Project:Enhancing London’s Shopmobility Services’. They became an instant hit with Members!
